Whether you're saving for your first home, ready to move into your next, or wondering whether your current mortgage is still working for you, we'll help you understand your options and make your next move with confidence
No overwhelm. No unnecessary finance-speak. Just clear, personalised guidance from someone who's genuinely in your corner.
No pressure. Just a conversation about where you're at and where you'd like to go.

You don't need to know which lender you want, exactly how much you can borrow, or even whether you're ready to make a move yet.
That's my job.
You might simply know that something needs to change.
You've built your career, grown your savings and you're starting to wonder whether home ownership might finally be within reach.
I'll help you understand where you stand, what you could realistically do now, and if you're not quite there yet, what needs to happen next.
Your first home has done its job, but life has moved on.
Whether you're after more space, a different location or simply ready for your next chapter, I'll help you work out what your equity, income and current lending could mean for your next purchase.
Your life has probably changed since you took out your loan. Your mortgage may have too.
I'll review what you currently have and help you understand whether your rate, loan structure and features are still competitive and suitable for where you're heading.
You've already got a career, a life and plenty competing for your attention.
You shouldn't also have to become an expert in lender policy, borrowing capacity, loan structures and interest rates just to make a smart property decision.
That's where I come in.
I'll do the research, explain what actually matters and help you weigh up your options so you can make an informed decision without feeling rushed, talked down to, or completely overwhelmed.
And while buying property may involve some financial choices, my starting point isn't to tell you to give up everything you enjoy.
It's to understand the life you're trying to build and find a lending strategy that supports it.

Buying your first home can be exciting and terrifying in almost equal measure.
We'll help you understand how much you can comfortably borrow, what your deposit means, the costs involved, available lending options, and what needs to happen before you start making offers.
You'll know what the numbers mean - and why.
Maybe you've outgrown your current home. Maybe your priorities have changed. Or perhaps you're simply ready to see what all that hard work has made possible.
We'll look at your current property, equity, lending and future plans so you can understand what your next move could realistically look like.
If it's been a while since you've reviewed your home loan, we'll take a fresh look at your rate, loan structure and available options.
Refinancing isn't always the answer. Sometimes your existing lender can still be the right fit.
The goal is simply to make sure your lending is still working for you.

I've spent more than 25 years working in financial services, but mortgage broking wasn't where my career began.
After years in the corporate world, I found myself working alongside my husband in his mortgage broking business while our three boys were younger.
A couple of years in, I had a fairly simple thought: I can do this myself.
So I did.
After working within some of Australia's larger lending networks, I eventually achieved a goal I'd had from the beginning - creating my own brand, Villers Finance Group.
The reason I particularly love working with professional women?
Years ago, I bought my own first home as a single professional woman.
The mortgage broker was male. The real estate agent was male. The whole experience felt intimidating, and I wasn't always confident that the people around me really understood what mattered to me or were genuinely in my corner.
I remember how that felt.
Today, I get to be the person I would have loved to have beside me back then.
Someone who knows the finance, explains what's happening, tells you the truth, answers the questions you think you “should” already know - and helps you feel confident about the decisions you're making.
Finance may be what I do.
But helping people feel capable of making their next move is the part I love.
Securing finance shouldn't feel like a second job. We handle the complexities behind the scenes, so you can stay focused on the exciting part - finding your perfect property.
A relaxed chat to unpack your goals, understand your financial position, and map out the best path forward.
You don't need to start out knowing all the answers.
We'll look at the bigger picture and recommend options that help you achieve your actual goal.
We'll gather the information and documentation needed, and research lending options suited to your circumstances.
The lowest rate isn't automatically the best option.
After selecting a product, we'll prepare and submit your application and work with the lender throughout assessment and approval.
We'll keep you informed as things progress so you're not left wondering what's happening behind the scenes.
Once your loan settles, we'll make sure you understand the new loan and anything that needs to happen next.
Then I'll stay in touch.
We'll help keep an eye on whether your lending is still competitive and suitable as life changes - right up until we're working together on your next move.
You don't need to know everything about mortgages.
But when you're making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life, you deserve to understand the important bits.
I'll explain your options in plain English, talk through the trade-offs and answer your questions alongthe way.
Because my job isn't to make decisions for you.
It's to give you the information, strategy and support you need to make them confidently.

It’s completely normal to have questions before we dive into your financial future. If you can't find your answer here, let's have a chat.
Not at all! In fact, the best time to start planning is well before you're ready to make a move. We can map out a clear timeline so that when the time comes, you're in the strongest possible position.
We'll have a relaxed, no-obligation conversation about where you are financially and where you want to go. It's simply about getting to know you and seeing if my strategic approach aligns with what you need.
None. You don't need spreadsheets, paperwork, or a perfect credit score to book a chat. Just bring your goals and any questions you have. We'll handle the heavy lifting when the time comes.
Yes, absolutely. Once we understand your personal financial landscape, we'll calculate your precise borrowing power and structure a strategy that fits your lifestyle without overextending you.
Not necessarily. Interest rate matters, but it's only one part of the decision.
Lender policy, borrowing capacity, loan features, fees, flexibility and how the loan fits your future plans can all be just as important. My role is to help you weigh those factors up.
Absolutely! If you'd like me to review your current lending and make sure it's still working well for you, we can look at your existing rate, structure and circumstances and assess the available options.
Refinancing isn't always necessary - sometimes staying put is the right answer.
While my core focus is empowering professional women to build wealth confidently, I work with anyone who values a clear, supportive, and strategic approach to finance. Clients from all walks of life are always welcome!
Absolutely! I work with clients across Australia with much of the mortgage process managed by phone, email and video meeting.
Maybe you're ready now.
Maybe you're six months away.
Maybe you simply want to know whether the idea you've been thinking about is actually possible.
That's exactly what the first conversation is for.
Let's talk about where you're at, where you'd like to go and what the numbers might look like.
Pick a time that suits you. We'll take it from there.
